All license keys sold on this store are sourced from authorised distributors and are genuine, full-use licenses valid for 12 months from activation. Each key is single-use and may only be activated once.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, your purchase will be charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no key will be issued.
Upon successful payment, your Microsoft 365 license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it promptly.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, full inbox, or spam filters blocking our delivery.
If you have not received your key within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact us via our support page.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a license key has been delivered and/or activated. We do not offer refunds on keys that have been revealed or redeemed.
We will issue a replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our Contact Support page. We reserve the right to investigate before issuing refunds and may request evidence of the issue.
You may use the purchased license key solely for personal or family use as permitted by Microsoft's end-user licence agreement (EULA). By purchasing, you also agree to the Microsoft Services Agreement.
